VENDOR INFORMATION
We offer 10’x10′ booths. You need to provide your own tents, tables and chairs. Booths cost $85 per space. You can get a $10 discount if you donate to our basket raffle. You must apply for a space and will be contacted for payment once we’ve reviewed your vendor application. This is a rain or shine event. Payments are used to support the environmental education programs at Reinstein Woods.
Artists and vendors may begin set-up at 9am the day of the event. You may not park cars or trailers next to booths. You may unload your goods/artwork onto carts to transport items to your space. There will be volunteers to help with this process. Vendors will receive a map with the location of their booth. We suggest vendors/artists bring a cart or dolly as we have a limited number of carts.
We are currently full. If another vendor drops out or does not make their payment by 5/31/24, we will reach out to you if you are on the waitlist. Additionally, if you are on the waitlist, you will be contacted next year when applications open up.
Payment will be due by May 31 and donated baskets will be due June 30.
