Birds and Beans

Birds and Beans Coffee Club

Indigo bunting
Indigo Buntings spend the winter in Central America

Do you indulge in a cup of morning joe each day? The way coffee is grown can affect the birds you see at Reinstein Woods. Many species of birds that nest here spend their winters in Latin America, where coffee is grown. By choosing shade-grown organic coffee, we can conserve tropical forests that our birds rely on, help small farmers and keep toxic chemicals out of the environment.

We are excited to be starting a Birds and Beans Club at Reinstein Woods! Proceeds will not only help the birds but also Reinstein Woods’ education programs.

How it works:

Starting in February 2023, order coffee online or by mail by the 15th of the month (e.g. February 15, March 15, April 15 etc.).

You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready (usually by the 22nd to the 25th of the month). You can pick it up any time the Reinstein Woods Environmental Education Center is open.

Choose your coffee below and order online! If you prefer to order by mail or in-person at Reinstein Woods, download an order form and mail it or drop it off at Reinstein Woods with payment.

SUBSCRIPTION AVAILABLE!

Do you love your Birds & Beans coffee and don’t want to worry about running out? Download and fill out an order form (link) and check the box authorizing us to submit your order every month! The form can be mailed or returned in-person.

Should you ever need to change your order or cancel the subscription, contact us at 716-683-5959 or info@reinsteinwoods.org.

Any orders received after the 15th of the month will be applied to the next month’s order.

Please pick-up your order when the building is open (M-F 9 AM-4:30 PM; Sat 1-4:30 PM).

Coffee Orders Are Pick-Up Only, We Do Not Ship Coffee.
