Thank you for registering for the 24th Annual Reinstein Woods Fall Festival! Be sure to read the terms and conditions when registering. You will receive an exhibitor confirmation letter with information on set up time, where to park, and other information in early September. If you wish to sell merchandise, what will you sell?

Children attending the festival can take part in an optional scavenger hunt, and many families do participate. If you would like to be part of the scavenger hunt, please indicate an item, logo, etc. that will be at your exhibit for kids to find:

Each exhibitor will receive 1 table (6 or 8 ft long) and 2 chairs. You are welcome to bring your own canopy tent and additional supplies. We will provide tent coverage and additional 8’ tables for a small fee. *

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: To make the festival enjoyable for all attendees, oganizations are expected to staff their exhibit/table from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. unless you explicitly make arrangements with Reinstein Woods ahead of time for early departure. Organizations are responsible for their table/exhibit at all times. *
